ENCE defeated Movistar Riders 2-0 in the deciding series of Group A in a rematch between the two teams, with the Finns moving on to the semi-finals in Malta.

The Finns breathe a sigh of relief as they managed to avoid early elimination in the position of one of the favorites, recovering from a terrible start to the tournament against the Spanish squad, who were unable to repeat the opening victory despite a promising first half of Overpass in the deciding series.

With the 2-0 triumph against Movistar Riders, ENCE have earned a spot in the playoffs, where they will take on G2 in a first-ever encounter between the two lineups on Saturday at 16:30 .

It was a difficult rematch for ENCE, who seemed to be on course to a repeat loss on Overpass as the first half went the same way as in the opening round of the group stage, with Movistar Riders putting together a solid defense worthy of ten rounds in total once again.

ENCE avenged their opening loss to Movistar Riders

But unlike in the first encounter with the Spaniards, Aleksi "allu" Jalli's side found their footing on the CT side despite a pistol round loss, going on a dominant streak once they built up the bank, with Jere "sergej" Salo's 1v2 clutch at 7-12 allowing the Finns to keep up the pressure and cruise to a 16-13 victory.

The Finns' good form continued on Mirage, where a full eco win in middle in the second round allowed them to rack up a hefty lead. Despite being down 2-7, Movistar Riders' efforts towards the end of the half helped them switch over with six, but after they crumbled in the anti-forcebuy once more, ENCE closed the series in comfortable fashion at 16-8.
